GoodPractice Learning Trends survey: focus on stability, efficiency and growth

The number crunching is over and we’re delighted to publish what is our fourth Learning Trends Survey Index Report – the six monthly study of the UK’s L&D profession.  GoodPractice now has two full years of data to reflect on – and two fairly turbulent years they have been at that.

According to the latest study, supporting stability and growth remains the main priority for senior L&D professionals, with organisational  efficiency the main business driver.  While respondents have consistently reported that they expect to see an increase in technology-based learning, turning this into reality is proving to be a slow process.  (see Owen Ferguson’s blog post for more on this).

To see the results for yourself, download your free copy of the Learning Trends survey now.  And please pass it on to anyone you know who might also be interested in the findings. If you are a senior UK L&D professional, why not have your say, by participating in the next survey? Email sscott@goodpractice.com or give her a call on 0131 221 3113 to register your interest.
