HMRC recognises the value of GoodPractice

HMRC has renewed its contract with GoodPractice for a further three years, recognising how effectively its toolkit meets the need to provide continuous support for employees across the entire organisation.

Building on its four year relationship with GoodPractice, HMRC has renewed the contract on its branded management toolkit, which was introduced in 2005 to support employees through the merger of the Inland Revenue and HM Customs and Excise department.

Since its implementation, the toolkit has proved a phenomenal success in terms of helping to build a common culture, as well as supporting and assisting employees at all levels of the organisation on a wide range of workplace challenges.

Underlining the value the toolkit has delivered and the positive impact it has had on staff performance and confidence, HMRC’s commitment to GoodPractice through to 2012 demonstrates how the toolkit is recognised as ‘must have’ resource, even in times of tight budget constraints.

GoodPractice fully understands the importance of the toolkit to HMRC and, as with all its clients, commits to working in partnership with HMRC to continuously evolve and develop the resource in line with business priorities and objectives, and to ensure that there is a significant return on the investment made.

GoodPractice provides toolkits for over 200 of the leading organisations in the UK. As the leading provider of on-demand learning, more than 1 million managers and leaders in Britain rely upon these toolkits to help them improve personal and team performance at work.
