Staff Development Impact Award

GoodPractice is proud to sponsor the first award in higher education designed to recognise, reward and celebrate outstanding staff development projects or initiatives.

The Leadership Foundation and the Staff Development Forum’s Staff Development Impact Award is for staff development initiatives or projects that have made a significant and positive difference to individuals, teams, groups or the institution as a whole.

The unique award reflects this year’s Leadership Foundation conference’s theme of ‘HE Futures: Making a positive difference’, which is fully supported by the team here at GoodPractice.

The award is applicable to any member of the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education who has implemented a development initiative or project. For more information about the award and full entry details visit the Leadership Foundation website.
